Ski Boot Camp Workout #7 - 100s Week!


There are a few ways you can do this week:

1. Do one of the 100's each day for 5 days
2.  Do 50 of each every day
3. Do 100 of each every day

It all depends on what you want to get out of this whole workout thing!
You'll only get results that mirror your effort.
